We created the Adaptive Program to make fitness accessible for everyone. At MadMuscles, we’re proud to use our expertise to support people with amputations and limited mobility — proving that training can be safe, effective, and empowering for all.
Workouts were created in collaboration with the Invictus Games community in Ukraine.
Explore a wide range of adaptive workouts — from strength training and mobility to mindful breathing — with clear instructions and high-quality videos.

Our goal is to give everyone the chance to stay active, build strength, and regain self-confidence — covering six adaptive categories.

Lower and upper limbs
Impairment of the functions of both or one lower limb and one upper limb (amputation or other functional impairment equivalent to amputation).

Both arms
Impairment of function of both upper limbs (double upper limb amputation or other functional impairment equivalent to amputation).

Both legs
Impairment of the functions of both lower limbs (spinal cord injury, double amputation of the lower limbs or their functional impairment).

One arm
Impairment of the functions of one upper limb (amputation of one arm or other functional impairment equivalent to amputation).

One leg
Impairment of the functions of one lower limb (amputation of one lower limb or other functional impairment equivalent to amputation).

Limbs functional
Partial or full preservation of overall limb functionality, allowing for physical exertion.
