I think it's great that the program tells you what to workout when to do it and it even gives you your meal plans. It always happens to me that I'm super motivated to carry on a workout and meal plan built by myself but when I get on to do it I get stuck thinking on wether this or that is better. This does the job and the truth stays in if you want to workout or get lazy and not get any results. I mean it leaves you without any excuses to just do it.

I have been using this workout program for a few months now and find that it guides me though routines that help strengthen my body while not over working it to injury. Coming from an "all or nothing", "no pain no gain" mentality and never getting the proper training, it helps minimize injury and maximize fitness. I would like to see some graphics changes. Some graphics that show the targeted muscle groups and some front on camera angles of the motions so I know what I'm supposed to look like.

The plan is good, I like how it evaluate a proper workouts according to fitness but it would be great if there's an offline mode

A very good progression plan. It gives you meals for nutrition and options to change. Difficult workouts that really require you to eat healthy. The meals utilize some strange foods I've never heard of. I wish there was a weekly shopping list so I could plan ahead better DO NOT OVERESTIMATE YOUR ABILITY. Workouts get hard quick. The time for each work out is way shorter than what is actually required. Give yourself 2x time for catching your breath/actually finishing the reps asked of you.

I have been working out at home for many years now with minimal results. I am not the going to the gym type but with MadMuscles a plan was specifically designed for me to target my problem areas in addition to my overall fitness and body sculpting.
