Very often, we don’t have a few hours a day to work on our bodies.
And then we start to wonder: "What can we do in 20-30 minutes of spare time?". In this case, working out as a real soldier can help you out. For a fighter, it's a vital question to be in good shape. Their physique is the primary weapon. However, for a beginner in this field, it’s no less important.
From the British Special Air Service (SAS) to the US Navy SEALs and Israel's Sayeret Matkal — their training methodologies push athletes to breaking point, both physically and mentally. There's a reason why these guys are the elite.
They have a slightly above average physical condition, so training by army standards is a challenge to our bodies. It is difficult and even dangerous to copy exercises after prepared soldiers, so using a ready-made program containing several recommendations may be the way out.
With you can perform military workouts both in the gym and at home without the need to purchase expensive equipment. Basically, you'll require barbells. Since, in dangerous work, fighters must correctly lift weights, one cannot underestimate the importance of such exercises.
The entire program consists of supersets as one of the most effective strength training techniques. By choosing one of the set options, you can pump certain muscle groups. The program is as user-friendly as possible. Training reminders, videos, and support will help make you a real fighter in a short period of time.
Before you dive into the program, to see where you stand and what you need to improve.

I have been using this workout program for a few months now and find that it guides me though routines that help strengthen my body while not over working it to injury. Coming from an "all or nothing", "no pain no gain" mentality and never getting the proper training, it helps minimize injury and maximize fitness. I would like to see some graphics changes. Some graphics that show the targeted muscle groups and some front on camera angles of the motions so I know what I'm supposed to look like.

I think it's great that the program tells you what to workout when to do it and it even gives you your meal plans. It always happens to me that I'm super motivated to carry on a workout and meal plan built by myself but when I get on to do it I get stuck thinking on wether this or that is better. This does the job and the truth stays in if you want to workout or get lazy and not get any results. I mean it leaves you without any excuses to just do it.

I have been working out at home for many years now with minimal results. I am not the going to the gym type but with MadMuscles a plan was specifically designed for me to target my problem areas in addition to my overall fitness and body sculpting. I recently started this program and right away I knew it was different and a lot of science went into it. The exercises are intense yet manageable, the duration of time is great. This is the program. The results so far are phenomenal. This works.

I tried the program for a week, it has a decent features, good workout plan and diet. The diet plan also has grocery list and step-by-step preparation.

Nicely produced videos, easy to navigate. Great Customer Services thanks to Lucy. This is perfect for home or gym, and cheaper than a gym membership and trainer. You WILL lose weight and firm up using it. I had DOMS in every last upper body muscle for 5 days after my first session, so keep difficulty low to start with and it'll work a dream.
